At Roots by Rana, each piece of jewelry is a testament to our dedication and care. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make your experience delightful. Please review our return policy guidelines below:

Returns and Exchanges:

• All purchases made online must be returned directly to Roots by Rana. 
• Returns or exchanges are accepted for merchandise in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days of receiving the shipment, for a refund or credit (excluding shipping costs).
• No returns are accepted after 14 days.
• Customized and discounted/sale items, including those purchased with a discount code, are considered final sale.

Lifetime Warranty:

• We stand by the quality of our products and are pleased to offer reasonable repairs for as long as you own your Roots by Rana piece. For more information, visit our warranty page.

Returns & Exchanges – Shipping:

• To initiate a return, please navigate to the contact form and leave a message with your name, email, and order date.
• Include your order number inside or on the return package.
• For your protection, use the original or a comparable box and a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
• All costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
